Environmental Policy

I am committed to being aware of my impact on the environment, not just in the way I run my business but also in my personal life. That awareness compels me to act, and recognise that my actions make a difference. The following list contains a few points that I use to keep myself on track:Wedding Photography

  • Minimise use of polluting transport. I tend to ride my bicycle to many central London weddings and events and make use of public transport where possible outside my local area.
  • Choose suppliers that have similar thoughts on the environment. While it is not always possible to choose the most ethical or 'green' product, I endeavour to do so when sourcing my equipment and services from other businesses.
  • Minimise waste. By doing small things such as minimising paper usage, using re-chargeable batteries, and recycling packaging materials, I try to make a big difference in the waste output of my business.
  • Local sourcing. It's much easier to pop next door to rent lighting equipment than to drive all around London. This reduces travel, and also builds a sense of local community as businesses work together.

If you have ideas on how I can improve in this area then I would love to hear from you.
